Yuval Tal began his career working with myriad Israeli-based technology companies. Notable among these companies was Radware (NASDAQ:RDWR), a provider of integration application delivery solutions. Here, Tal headed-up the business development division acting as vice president. Tal then joined R-U-Sure Ltd., one of the Internet’s earliest online comparison shopping engines, as general manager.
Tal then cofounded E4X in 1999. E4X was one of the first companies to leverage the Internet to expedite cross-border payments and currency exchange. E4X advanced the global e-commerce market by simplifying cross-border purchasing processes. The company achieved significant success, growing to over $500 million in revenue in 5 years. The company was rebranded in 2007, including a name change to FiftyOne.
FiftyOne is widely recognized for several e-commerce innovations. Most importantly, the company was one of the first service providers to enables online U.S. retailers to market, sell, and fulfill merchandise throughout the world in their customers’ native currencies. Off the Court
Tal is an avid photographer and took this interest and hobby to a new level when he studied photography at the Parsons New School for Design in New York City. Tal took many photography classes at the school known worldwide for its high level of studies in art and design. Yuval is also a dedicated runner. He has participated in many triathlons and Nike runs. Most notably, Tal was part of the 10k Nike Night Run. He also enjoys riding motorcycles as a hobby. Tal is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization. When not working, Tal also enjoys spending time with his family.
